Shop Terms

1. Seller

Products on oilfusion.lv are sold by SIA "Oil Fusion", registration number 40203604182, Latvia.

Registered address: Rīga, Latvija.

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order is paid.

After payment the buyer receives an order confirmation by email.

All prices on the site are shown in euro.

VAT is not applied. The seller is not registered in the VAT payers register of the State Revenue Service of Latvia.

The delivery cost is added to the order total at checkout and shown before payment.

Payment is processed through the Paysera payment service.

You can pay by bank link or by bank card.

We dispatch orders within 2 business days after payment.

The buyer may withdraw from the order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Products carry a 2 year warranty under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law.

If a product arrives defective, the buyer may request a replacement, repair or refund.

If a paid product is not in stock, the seller refunds the payment within 14 days.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation between the seller and the buyer.

If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a court in Latvia.
