Delivery

In effect from 7 August 2026

1. Where we deliver

Delivery is available across Latvia, to pickup points and parcel lockers.

2. Delivery cost

Delivery costs 2,99 €.

Orders from 50,00 € get free delivery.

3. Timing

We dispatch the order within 2 business days after payment.

The carrier then delivers the parcel, usually within a few business days.

4. Damaged parcel

Check the parcel when you collect it at the pickup point.

If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the parcel and write to info@oilfusion.lv with your order number.

We will follow up with the carrier and either replace the product or refund you.

5. Parcel not collected in time

If the parcel is not collected from the pickup point in time, it is returned to the seller.

Write to info@oilfusion.lv, and we will arrange redelivery or a refund.
