Right of Withdrawal

In effect from 7 August 2026

1. Withdrawal period

The buyer may withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the product.

No reason needs to be given.

Write to info@oilfusion.lv and include your order number.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email and explain the next steps.

The product is returned to the seller at the buyer's expense.

Essential oils, hydrolats and base oils are goods that cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, for reasons of hygiene.

If the packaging is opened, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

A sealed product in undamaged packaging is returned on the general terms.

Basis: the regulations of the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers on distance contracts.

The refund is issued within 14 days after the seller receives the returned product.

This exception does not apply to a defective product.

Such a product is replaced or returned under warranty, as described in the shop terms.
