The programme includes two visits 21 days apart. At the first visit we run the Bio-Well assessment and select the essential oils that suit you best. Over the next 21 days you use them in daily practice, and at the second visit we repeat the assessment to see the change. Selecting the oils is included in the programme, the oils themselves can be bought separately

Can the Bio-Well assessment be trusted?
Bio-Well GDV technology has been used in more than 400 peer reviewed scientific publications and rests on more than 30 years of research. In the extended programme the result can also be checked in practice, by comparing two assessments 21 days apart
What should I do after the scan to change the numbers?
The report shows where your energy state is balanced and where it needs more attention. What matters after that is regularity: daily aromatherapy with individually selected essential oils, breathing practice, meditation, calm physical activity such as yoga, swimming or walking, and good sleep. Usually it is better to introduce one or two new habits rather than change everything at once. Three weeks later a repeat assessment shows what has changed
Does it hurt, and is it safe?
The Bio-Well assessment is painless, non-invasive and safe. The measurement takes only a few minutes and is done by resting your fingers lightly on the sensor
How do I prepare?
To make the measurement as accurate as possible, before the assessment we recommend:
- No coffee, energy drinks or alcohol for 2 to 3 hours before the measurement
- No intense physical exercise for at least 2 hours before the measurement
- Sit quietly and rest for 10 to 15 minutes before the assessment
- Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before the measurement
- No hand creams, oils or other cosmetics right before the measurement
- Take off rings, bracelets and other metal jewellery
- If possible, come feeling well and without marked emotional stress
- For comparable results, take the measurements at the same time of day and in similar conditions
Who is it not suitable for?
- People with a pacemaker
- Pregnant women are advised to consult their doctor before the assessment
- With an acute illness or a raised temperature it is better to postpone the assessment until full recovery
- If there are fresh wounds or damaged skin on the fingers, the measurement is better taken after they have healed
